5" Lift System

The heart of this 5" lift is replacement front coil springs, new longer, heavy-duty upper and lower links, track bar relocation bracket, dropped pitman arm and Superide™ shock absorbers. We upgraded the OE links instead of converting to radius arms because of the additional weight, both sprung and unsprung, that these heavy trucks are subjected to. All bracketry is constructed of .25" thick plate steel. From steering to shocks, we address it all.

Note: lift height will vary slightly depending primarily on whether your truck has a gas engine or the heavier diesel engine.

Application Notes

  • Pitman arm included in kit box.
  • Minor cutting and / or welding required.
  • Thickness of the track bar flange refers to where the track bar attaches to the frame.
  • Rear u-bolts fit vehicles with and without a top-mounted overload leaf. Those without overloads will have approx. 2" of excess U-bolt length (that can be trimmed). Or for shorter U-bolts, refer to block chart and replace listed block kit with the non-overload application.
