5.5" Lift System

This family of vehicles has a one-piece axle housing with leaf springs on both front and rear ends. We offer lifts from 3.5" to 5.5". The 5.5" lift is offered with heavy duty front leaf spring, duarble urethane bushings, a 4" offset drag link, replacment front u-bolts and a rear block and u-bolt kit.

Application Notes

  • 1977½-91 models require clearancing (machining) of the front driveshaft CV cluster to prevent binding. If vehicle has single exhaust, the cross-over pipe requires modification to clear front driveshaft.
  • Brake line / hose relocating hardware included in kit box.
