More Information

Superlift's Frame Integrated Technology (F.I.T.) system elevates lifted vehicle performance to the next level. Our "no-compromise" approach focuses on proper steering geometry, suspension travel control and frame rigidity. Strongest sub-frame available Laser-cut bracketry lowers the factory upper and lower control arms a full 6". Both front and rear legs of each upper control arm are captured by a single beefy bracket and then additionally strengthened with crossmembers. Three full-width one-piece frame crossmembers anchor the upper and lower control arms. Rigidity is further increased by a unique belly-pan that connects the two lower control arm crossmembers. The bellypan mates to the cross-members via an interlocking dovetail fit, and is secured with countersunk bolts. Ideal geometry A new "dropped" centerlink keeps tie rod geometry in check. Superlifts proven Centerlink Stabilizing System supports the centerlink to prevent premature pitman and idler arm wear. Some other manufacturers use longer tie-rod assemblies instead, which create severe toe angle changes as the suspension cycles. Front CV axle angles are addressed by lowering the differential a full 5.5". Other features Suspension travel control is a key factor in ride quality and overall vehicle drivability. Superlift maintains factory travel specifications both front and rear. 6" of rear lift is achieved by relocating the leaf springs from the bottom of axle to the top of axle. There are two shock absorber options: Superide hydraulics, or for optimum performance choose our Superide Select Series (SS) shocks; which are high-pressure monotube gas units made for Superlift by Bilstein. Complete the package with the optional brushed stainless steel brushed front skid plate.
