Application Notes

  • Dually applications may require different u-bolts. Measure stock u-bolts and refer to u-bolt specification chart to order correct u-bolts.
  • Most Super Duty vehicles have a 1.91" tall factory block (measured at block’s rear facing end) and do NOT have top-mounted overload springs; this is Superlift’s standard configuration and is included in the Master Pack. If equipped with 1.91" factory block AND top-mount overloads OR 3.71" factory block WITHOUT top-mount end) and do NOT have top-mounted overload springs; block kit #9083 fits these vehicles. If equipped with 1.91" factory block AND top-mount overloads, OR 3.71" factory block WITHOUT top-mount overloads: either order a block kit # 9084, or set of longer U-bolts (qty. one #11974). If equipped with 3.71" factory block AND top-mount overloads: either order block kit # 9085, or set of longer U-bolts (qty. one #11984). overloads: either order block kit #9086, or set of longer U-bolts (qty. one #11974). If equipped with 3.71" factory block AND top-mount overloads: either order block kit #9087, or set of longer U-bolts (qty. one #11984).

More Information

Superlift's Super Duty line-up is basically unchanged. On our short lift products (2" replacement springs and 2.5" Level-It coil spacers), the same parts work for 2005 thru 2011 models. For the 4" and 6" lift systems there are enough diff erences in "small parts" to require new Kit Box applicati ons, plus new U-bolt and block kit part numbers. As with the older Super Dutys, a different block kit, or different U-bolts (if ordering a K-number) are required if the truck is equipped with factory overloads; refer to Installation Notes. Our carrier bearing drop kit is needed on trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft.

OPTIONS: Superlift ’s popular dual steering stabilizer kits, now with Superide hydraulic (white), or SS Bilstein gas (silver Zinc) cylinders are new applicati ons for the 2011 model. The same 2005-10 four-link conversion kit fi ts the 2011 model.

8" and 10" lifts, along with replacement rear springs, will be released soon.
