Ford TTB Coil Shims

Overview
Fits all full and mid-size coil spring TTB Fords. These .25" thick "stackable" steel shims are placed between the coil springs' bottom seat and the axle beams to offset ride height loss due to additional weight (winch, snow plow, equipment, etc.) and / or spring fatigue. Shims can be used for additional height if adequate camber adjustment is available, and steering linkage angles are addressed.
The coil spring mounting stud's hex nut is .5" tall. Use #1088 hex-hole shims for the first .5". Use #1089 shims, stacked on top of #1088 for up to 1" total of additional lift. #1089 shims have a round center hole to fit the stud's threaded shaft.
