Warranty and Important Product Use / Safety Info
Superlift's Limited Lifetime Warranty
Superlift products are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle that the Superlift product was originally installed on (proof of purchase is required). This warranty is non-transferable. Superlift's limit of liability under this warranty is to repair or replace the product at Superlift's option. Consequential costs such as, but not limited to labor fees, loss of use, loss of time or freight charges are not covered. Any product that has been abused, altered, incorrectly installed or used in competition is not covered. Product finish is excluded from this warranty. Items that are subject to wear are not considered defective when worn and are not covered. The warranty is void if the "Warning to Driver" decal is not properly displayed on the vehicle. No other warranties are expressed or implied. We reserve the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without prior notice. Warranty Procedure
Contact your Superlift dealer or Superlift about the problem prior to removing any parts from the vehicle. If it appears that the part is warrantable, you will be given a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number and asked to return the part freight prepaid. If the part is found to be warrantable, it will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. All freight charges are the customer's responsibility. If a replacement part is needed before the part in question can be returned, you must first purchase the replacement part. Then, if the part in question is deemed warrantable, you will be credited / refunded. Important Product Use / Safety Info
As a general rule, the taller a vehicle is, the easier it will roll over. Offset, as much as possible, what is lost in rollover resistance by increasing tire track width. In other words, go "wide" as you go "tall". Many sportsmen remove their mud tires after hunting season and install ones more appropriate for street driving; always use as wide a tire and wheel combination as feasible to enhance vehicle stability. We strongly recommend, because of rollover possibility, that the vehicle be equipped with a functional roll bar and cage system. Seat belts and shoulder harnesses should be worn at all times. Avoid situations where a side rollover may occur. Generally, braking performance and capabilities are decreased when significantly larger / heavier tires and wheels are used. Take this into consideration while driving. Also, taller tires will cause most vehicles' speedometers to read slowly, so recalibration is required. Do not add, alter, or fabricate any factory or aftermarket parts to increase vehicle height over the intended height of the Superlift product purchased. Mixing component brands is not recommended. A qualified professional mechanic must install all Superlift products. Specific installation instructions are available free, on request, prior to purchase. Most states have some type of law limiting vehicle height. The amount of lift allowed, and how the lift can be achieved, varies greatly. Several states offer exemptions for farm or commercial registered vehicles. It is the vehicle owner's responsibility to check state and local laws to ensure that their vehicle will be in compliance. Superlift makes no claims regarding lifting devices and excludes any and all implied claims. Superlift will not be responsible for any altered product, improper installation, or improper use of our products. We will be happy to answer any questions concerning the design, function, and correct use of our products. |
